Which imaging modality is best – when and why?

Thursday 24th November  14.10 - 15.10

Thirty years ago, the choice of diagnostic imaging technique for the veterinary surgeon was simple: radiology. Nowadays with the common availability of radiology and ultrasound and the increased availability of MRI and CT one gets confused as to what is the best to use in a given situation. In this lecture we will talk about the factors that can influence our choice of diagnostic imaging modality and how we go about choosing the best one for our patient.

Speaker: Pete Mantis, DVM DipECVDI FHEA MRCVS
