The great pretender - diagnosis and treatment of angiostrongylus

Angiostrongylus vasorum is becoming increasingly common across the UK; patients may present with a diverse range of clinical signs related both to the respiratory system and the tendency of the parasite to cause a coagulopathy. During this lecture a logical approach to both diagnosis and treatment will be discussed.
