The London Vet Show in 2009 provided a real buzz around the industry and with 2010 set to be an even busier year on site we have a number of activities to help your head stand our above the crowd. Opportunities are selling out fast so act quickly to ensure you benefit from onsite branding!
Voucher Book £1,000
This year at the London Vet Show our exhibitors will have the chance to promote exclusive London Vet Show deals to each of our delegates via the Voucher book that they will receive in their delegate bag. This is a great way to attract key decision makers to your stand
Package includes:
- E-mail campaign prior to the show promoting the voucher book system
- Badge letter/badge e-mail - we will make specific mention of the voucher book to make sure that people are aware of the deals as they arrive onsite
- Web page - we will have dedicated page promoting all the exlcusive offers on our website to raise the profile of your specific deal preshow
Registration staff tops & Caps £2,500
By providing branded tops & caps for registration staff to wear, the sponsor will ensure valuable “front of house” exposure. All attendees are filtered through the entrance by our registration staff that will form one of our visitor’s first impressions of the event.

Lanyards £3,000
Sponsor to produce & provide branded bulldog clip style lanyards, handed to delegates at the entrance & worn around necks to carry the badge & badge holder.

Delegate badges £4,000
Your logo will feature on the visitor badges, alongside the show logo. A high profile, endorsing opportunity that will put you visually in contact with all visitors, including pre registered visitors.

Delegate bags £6,000
Delegate bags are handed to visitors at the entrance to the show. This is exclusive to one exhibitor who will provide bags, and an insert which will be placed in the bags. A high profile, long lasting opportunity, which combined with the insert ensures a really cost effective way to mass distribute your literature directly into the hands of every visitor.

Branded pens at registration and in the conference bags £2,000
As sponsor you source, produce & provide branded pens that will be stocked at the Registration points and inserted into the delegate bags. These will be used & kept by visitors. Pens are said to be the single most kept promotional item!

Sponsored Plants £1,500
To make the London Vet Show a even nicer place to be we organise to have plants in all the key areas of the show. These provides a unique way to get your branding around all the lecture theatres. Associate your company with the clinical content and the softer side of the show! Act fast this is strictly limited to one sponsor!
Branded Pads and Pens in the delegate bags £4000
At the popular request of our delegates we will be supplying pads and pens for our delegates to take notes during the conference sessions. Sponsorship of these pads is an opportunity to get your branding in front of each and every one of our delegates in a form that they will take away and which will continue to make an impact when they are back at their practices.

Floor plan £SOLD
This opportunity to sponsor floor plan of the venue and take one side of the A4 handout floorplan will get you in front of every delegate for an impression that will last throughout the show as they look at where their lecture, supplier or catering point is.
You will need to provide us with a designed side of A4 to fill your side of the page.
Insert in delegate bags £1,750
A cost effective way to distribute your literature directly into the hands of prospects - not all of whom may already plan to visit your stand.
Your product information will be provided to every delegate who enters the show in their delegate bag
Insert in delegate badge mailing £2,000
Last year a select number of our exhibitors were able to post a product sample/flyer with the delegates badges that were sent to all of our delegates. This innovative idea proved invaluable in putting key information infront of key decision makers within the practice.
This price is dependent on the size of the insert so call for more information!
5 x floor tiles £2,000
Floor tiles are an innovative & eye catching opportunity to give directions to your stand
5 x 500mm² placed in the aisles in approved locations of your choice e.g. near theatres / catering points WCs etc.
3rd Party Post Show Visitor Database Mailing £1,000
Having committed to a stand you will be seriously considering how you are able to best support & promote your presence before the show & how to follow up on & maximize business after the event. A one off 3rd party mailing to the visitor database both before & after the show will do well to serve this purpose.

'You are here boards' £2,000
At this year's show we will be placing a number of 'you are here boards' around the show floor to help delegates (and exhibitors!) find their way around our rapidly explanding show. By joining our you are here board sponsors you will get to raise your profile on these boards and capture the attention of our delegate as they are looking at exploring the show. BEWARE - we want to maximise the impact for sponsors on these boards so the opportunity is limited to a select few so act fast to avoid disappointment!
Hanging Banners £2,500
With the move to our new home at the Olympia National Hall we have the opportunity to hang promotional banners from the ceiling. These banners will be visible from the moment delegates enter the hall and give a great opportunity to have your branding visible to delegates throughout the show.

Run your own dedicated workshop £6,000 LIMITED SESSIONS LEFT
A workshop onsite will provide you with the opportunity to gather a crowd of our delegates for practical training on your products. Together we will promote your session to our delegate base as well as providing you with a room for your workshop.

CPD Certificate Collection Area £12,500
One of the key reasons for our delegates to come to the show is to get their CPD Points. Over the last 2 years we have received loads of requests to be able to collect their certificates onsite. This year we will be providing a facility for our delegates to have their badges scanned and have their certificates printed onsite. This area could be sponsored by you providing you with all the traffic and branding opportunities associated with this unique, high profile opportunity which has been born from delegate demand!
Refreshment Area Sponsor £15,000
A central Refreshment Area will provide a focal resting point for visitors. From here teas, coffees and delegate lunches will be served. Sponsorship of the Area will accredit & associate your company with this much needed & used visitor facility. A well received, highly visible branding opportunity.

This year we have taken our place in the Grand Hall of Olympia - as the name suggests the hall is bigger and better than the National Hall that we were in last year. One of the key differences is the huge registration area that we have for 2011. As sponsor of this area your branding and design would be used throughout to create an impact to remember.
