Chronic diarrhoea in dogs involves a time-consuming and expensive workup so practitioners need to know which tests will really help them on a daily basis to make important decisions regarding treatment and prognosis. A lot of molecular knowledge about IBD has emerged in the last few years and so this presentation will give insights into the most useful approaches to diagnosis and treatment of canine IBD.
